Our current facility is made using the best equipments and technology available in the market. We have separate areas for manufacturing vegetarian and non-vegetarian products. Each area is complete with its own blast rooms and utensils. Although we use hands to make our dumplings, we also use special dough cutting machine that gives us the precise weight and size of the dumplings wraps. This helps us to maintain a consistent product. We have two blast rooms capable of blast freezing up to 8 tons per day which is more than sufficient to fulfill any of our client’s needs. We also have a third separate cold room for dispatch purpose helping us in timely dispatch and delivery. We use specialized techniques among which we use industrial steamers to give our products a better shelf life as well as taste
